Offerings are delivered through four core pathways:

Sleep Coaching Sessions (in-person) provide personalized guidance, education, and practical strategies to support better sleep.

Virtual Sleep Coaching Sessions offer the same support via secure video.

PAP (CPAP, BiPAP, ASV) Support Sessions help improve comfort and tolerance with prescribed therapy through personalized guidance, education, and practical troubleshooting.

Sound Immersion (sound bath) is a nervous system regulation experience designed to support deep relaxation and improved sleep through therapeutic sound and vibration.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing is designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation through therapeutic sound and vibration. Singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments create steady frequencies that help quiet mental activity and support restorative rest.

This immersive experience supports relaxation and sleep quality through sound-based regulation.

Private Sound Immersion

Private Sound Immersion offers a personalized experience that supports nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and restorative rest through therapeutic sound and vibration.

Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments create steady, immersive frequencies that help release tension and quiet mental activity. Sessions are tailored for individuals, couples, or small groups and can be scheduled for special occasions, gatherings, or personal wellness experiences.
